Kingham Hill is much more than a successful day and boarding school on a stunning site in a beautiful part of the country.

There is a palpable sense of family. With a school roll of about 300 it is very possible to get to know every pupil, something that is strongly encouraged in a school well-known for its pastoral care. With 65% of the pupils boarding there are seven sets of houseparents living in boarding houses, along with various other members of the team living on the campus. The community is further augmented by many members of staff and their families living in the ajoining Staff Village.

With such a large proportion of boarders, the usual full-on programme of a busy boarding and day school and staff using the Leisure Club facilities in the evenings and at weekends, the place is always bustling with ample opportunity to get know others outside of the classroom or the team in which you might work.
