The weather  is set to be relatively promising which may bode well for our forthcoming Lent open day. 

The day starts at 11am with coffee and danish pastries, followed by tours of the school, boarding and day houses, classrooms, leisure centre, medical centre and pretty much everywhere else.These are all open for families to explore so they can see for themselves what makes Kingham Hill School such a special place. At 12:00 Hannah Seward (our Headmaster's wife) will be treating us to an organ recital in the chapel. Hannah was an organ scholar at Oxford University so this much anticipated event is not to be missed!

The recital will then be followed by the Headmaster’s Presentation at 12.35 in the chapel. If our visiting children do not wish to listen to the Headmaster (he quite understands!) there is the option for them to enjoy an optional fun session instead.  Both will then be followed by a short musical interlude in the school hall and a delicious lunch courtesy of our excellent catering team.   With our visiting children very much in the forefront of our minds on open day we host a special ‘children’s lunch’ which, judging by the popularity of previous years, is set to be a great success.
