We host a day during the last week or two of the Trinity (summer) term for pupils who will be joining Kingham Hill at the start of the new school year. Although it is not possible for all new pupils to attend, normally 30-40 do make it. They enjoy a programme that allows them to get a real feel for the school, meet fellow new pupils and have some fun. They are also able to visit the house to which they have been allocated and the house staff.

Many have said that Welcome Day whets the appetite for joining and eases a child’s anxiety.
