The programme includes:
- Dedicated PSHEE lessons providing careers education, personalised guidance, and support in recognising individual strengths, interests, and areas for development.
- A regular programme of careers-focused assemblies and visiting speakers, introducing pupils to a wide range of professions and experiences.
- A biennial Careers Fair (open to pupils in all year groups), where universities, employers, and industry professionals meet pupils to discuss opportunities and future pathways.
- Access to Unifrog, an online destinations platform offering reliable, up-to-date guidance on university courses, apprenticeships, careers, and applications.
- Individual support from Academic Tutors and the Head of Sixth Form to help pupils plan their next steps beyond school.
- Alumni mentoring opportunities, connecting pupils with former students for advice, encouragement, and insight into university and professional life.
- Sixth Form Dinners featuring inspirational guest speakers, sharing experiences and career journeys from a variety of fields.
- Sixth Form presentations and guidance sessions on Higher Education, subject choices, and post-18 opportunities.
