GCSE results 2023
Kingham Hill School is celebrating the superb achievements of its GCSE pupils this year. This cohort experienced significant disruption to their education due to COVID 19 during the years leading up to their final GCSE exams and we are immensely proud of all that they have achieved.
In a year when it has been made clear that results would be adjusted back towards 2019 levels, we are delighted that the percentage of grades from 9-7 has remained consistently high at 44%. A number of our pupils achieved a clean sweep of 8s and 9s in all of their subjects.
Headmaster, Pete Last, said, "I am so pleased and proud of this group of pupils who have experienced so much disruption during their secondary education. These results are testament both to the resilience and determination of the pupils and also to the unwavering support and encouragement of our teaching and pastoral staff who have so often gone the extra mile for their pupils. I am excited to see how these pupils continue to develop as they enter into the 6th form."
