After a degree in Psychology at Durham University, pursued interest in financial markets with a Masters in Design Research at RCA, London. Work in investment banking took her to Tokyo and back, and then it was time to raise three children. Melanie has recently completed a Masters in Counselling and a Masters in Theological Studies with Westminster Theological Seminary and continues to dabble in calligraphy.

After graduating from Oxford with a degree in History, Monica has pursued a career in education throughout her working life (apart from a break to bring up two small children), starting in Hereford, then moving to Folkestone, Dulwich and now back to Oxford. In three of these schools she has had middle leadership responsibilities. Married to Anthony, who is ordained, she has enjoyed supporting him in his ministry, currently at St. Michael at the North Gate Church in Oxford. Youth ministry has always been an important part of this, including serving on an Urban Saints summer houseparty since 1986, with a variety of leadership roles.

Keith Edmunds chairs the Finance & General Purposes Committee. He is a chartered accountant and former CFO with a background in telecommunications and the NHS. Keith is also a trustee of the Kingham Hill Trust and of his local church in north London.

Born and raised in the Midlands, and attended Kingham Hill School (Bradford House) from 1978-1981.
Married to Alison and the parent of three children - James, Charlie and Abigail, who were educated in the
independent sector at Kimbolton School. Holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance, and a
masters in Financial Leadership/Economics. Spent most of his career between Investment Management,
Owner/Director of a Financial Planning Practice, to various Industry and Practice led appointments as a
Management Accountant, including a subsidiary of Porsche UK. Worked as a tutor, teaching Accounting
and Finance at a professional level, and has provided support to local secondary schools in the teaching of
GCSE maths and private tutoring for A level students at Stamford School. Currently involved with part time
projects as a Management Consultant, with a particular focus on small to medium size businesses, as well
as current business interests within Investment Management and Financial Markets. Actively involved with
Christian Counselling and has worked within the charity sector and churches providing pastoral care and
ministry to victims of trauma and abuse. In his free time, he indulges his fascination with all things food and
wine, and fellowship with friends and family.

Colonel (Retired) John Lewis 

Studied Agriculture at Writtle College and began a career in Farm Management before changing course to join the Army.  John was commissioned in 1982 and initially served overseas in Germany with detachments to Australia and Northern Ireland.  He studied Logistics Management followed by the Army Staff Course in 1991.  Working across the Middle East from Cyprus, he commanded a Combat Service Support Battalion in the Balkans and was Force Support Commander in Iraq during the first Iraqi elections.  Served as Board Director at the Defence Storage and Distribution Agency and Deputy Chief of Staff at 5^th Division and completed his military service working in Pay and Remuneration. 

John is now working as General Secretary of a small Service charity.  Married to Jeannie with four grown up children, his interests revolve around family and outdoor pursuits as well as involvement in Church and Armed Forces Christian organisations.       

Born in Glasgow and brought up in a Christian family, she now lives in SW Oxfordshire. Alongside a
corporate career in learning and development both in the UK and France, she studied Systems Thinking
through the Open University. In 2002, after leading a learning consultancy team, she set up Marjory Mair
Associates, a values based, leadership and team coaching company, enabling leaders and teams to flourish
and influence their organisations for good. Married to Tim, she is a member at Wantage Baptist Church
and volunteers as a Street Pastor and at her local Foodbank as well as being an active member of Christian
Business Leaders.

Born in Southern Africa, he was educated at Elizabeth College in Guernsey and completed his first degree in Agriculture at Wye College, University of London, before joining the Army. He spent 12 of his 20 years in the Royal Engineers based in Germany and deployed on operations to Belize, Bosnia, Kosovo, Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan. He left the Regulars in 2012 to work with his wife Liesel in full time ministry leading the Armed Forces Christian Union and travels widely with the AFCU and as an Army Reservist. They have three children, all of whom have been pupils at Kingham, and enjoy camping, walking, offshore sailing and travelling.

Caroline joined the Board of Governors in 2015.  Her background is firmly rooted in education.  Before retirement she spent 30 years in teaching, 25 of which were with Cheltenham Ladies' College where she had various roles including Head of Maths and Head of Lower College (years 7 to 9).  During this time she also supported her husband in his role as a Housemaster at Dean Close.   She is still involved in education as a tutor in GCSE and A level Mathematics.

Caroline and her husband are active members of St Matthew's Church in Cheltenham.

Studied Natural Science and Management Studies at Cambridge University before embarking in 1987 on a career as an Investment Manager in London. Today Simon is Chief Executive of Universities Superannuation Scheme Investment Management, with responsibility for investing the funds set aside in order to pay pensions to people in the Higher Education sector. He is married to Rachel and they have five children, some of whom are still in full time education. Simon is Church Warden at the Church in his village. He also Chairs the Kingham Hill Trust which owns the School as well as its sister entity, Oak Hill Theological College in North London.

A parent of two children at Kingham Hill School who have boarded from First to Fourth Form. An Army Nurse by profession with specialist interest in mental health promotion. A qualified teacher of learning and skills having taught BTEC and Access to Higher Education, and University Lecturer in Nursing. A church treasurer and trustee of North End Baptist Church, where she is married to Athos. Her offshore sailing and adventurous skiing holidays have progressed to canal boating and walking holidays.

After growing up in Oxford, took Degrees in Biochemistry (Birmingham University); Theology (Oak Hill College) and History (PhD, University of Stirling). Taught History and Theology at Oak Hill Theological College after a curacy in the North West before moving to Edgbaston to become Vicar of a parish church, currently also serving as Area Dean. Governor at the Blue Coat School Birmingham and formerly at Trent Church of England School, Cockfosters. Married to Sam with three school-aged children, two girls and a boy.

Born in Hertfordshire, he was then educated at Oxford, where he read Zoology followed by a PGCE. He then pursued roles in educational technology development with the Microelectronics in Education Programme and Research Machines. A long subsequent career in technology, media, services and international marketing then followed, including positions with Dell Computer and Avid Technology. He now works for the University of Oxford, specifying new systems projects for education and administration. Married to Sally (Vicar of Charlbury), with four children and five grandchildren, his interests include caving and mountaineering.
