Kingham Hill School
An independent, co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 11-18
Welcome to our school
The best advertisements for a school are its pupils, and if you ask current parents why they chose Kingham Hill for their son or daughter, they invariably speak of the impression that friendly, happy, and well-balanced characters made on them when visiting us. We're delighted by your interest in our school, and we hope this website provides a helpful introduction. The best way to understand us is, however, to speak to our staff and pupils. Please don't hesitate to contact us so that we can help.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to the individual. Every pupil is valued and encouraged to develop their own character and talents to the full. Confidence and maturity are nurtured by experienced academic and pastoral staff, in an atmosphere of opportunity and enquiry, with excellent structures of care in a stunning country setting.
Another way to discover what Kingham Hill is about is at our Speech Day, where, on the last day of the academic year, pupils, parents and staff gather together to celebrate the year and, in particular, to recognise the achievements of our pupils.
This year, the trophies, books and bibles were presented by our keynote speaker Jeremy Anderson, Former Chairman of KPMG's Global Financial Services and Trustee of Kingham Hill Trust who also spoke to the pupils and offered our Leavers some sound advice on how to be successful in their future careers, whatever they go on to do.
For a taste of the day and to hear what it is that makes Kingham Hill special, please watch the video.
