Just as the end of last academic year was unusual (to say the least), the start of this one will feel just as strange. And yet, like the last few months, we know that despite current circumstances, the spirit and ethos of Kingham Hill will remain just the same. In that regard, some things never change.
The steadfastness of that spirit was evident enough in the success of VKHS and virtual events such as Sports Day and Speech Day, but nothing of course beats being on 'The Hill'. But while we welcome back staff and pupils alike, we know that things won’t be the the same as they were at the start of last year. COVID-19 has changed life in so many ways and schools are no exception, and with that in mind, pupils and parents will need to be aware of the procedures we are putting in place in order to keep them and everyone safe.
We are very grateful to staff and pupils who live on site for putting together this short video which, we hope, will make things clear as regards what the procedures are. If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate in contacting Mr Eyles, our Deputy Head who will be able to answer your questions.
