Burns’ Suppers and Ceilidhs

Despite the festive season winding down, January has been a lively month at Kingham Hill, as pupils came together to celebrate Scottish tradition with style and spirit.

On Thursday 22nd January, Sixth Form pupils enjoyed a memorable Burns' Supper. The black-tie dress code set a smart and celebratory tone for the evening, with pupils embracing the occasion in style. The delicious supper was rounded off with a lively Ceilidh, expertly called by Mr Steele. With enthusiastic dancing and plenty of laughter, it was a fantastic way to bring pupils together and celebrate the Scottish tradition.

Just over a week later, on Saturday 31st January, the Prefect Team hosted another Ceilidh for pupils. Held in the Dining Room and Performing Arts Centre, the evening began with a light meal before moving into the organised Ceilidh. Nibbles and drinks were available throughout, ensuring everyone could dance, mingle, and enjoy the fun.
