Over the weekend, eight cadets completed the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (JNCO) Cadre. Focused on the skill of leadership, the programme puts the core values of the British Army into practice.
"As role models to younger members of the Kingham Hill CCF, we look forward to seeing their progress in varying roles throughout the Contingent!" commented the Assistant School Staff Instructor.
The cadets were required to lead a command task and instruct a drill, as well as present in front of their peers and conduct a paintballing exercise in the woods.
