In September, our 5th and Sixth Form Design & Technology pupils enjoyed an enriching visit to the Design Museum in London, where they explored a range of iconic and innovative designs to spark inspiration for their NEA (Non-Exam Assessment) projects.
5th Form pupils participated in a hands-on Stranger by Design workshop, delving into the concept of “form over function” and discovering how pushing creative boundaries can lead to original and imaginative design outcomes.
Meanwhile, Sixth Form pupils explored the thought-provoking More Than Human exhibition, which highlighted how animals and humans can intrinsically link through the design process, encouraging pupils to consider design from new and innovative perspectives.
