GCSE Art Trip to the London Galleries

On Tuesday we visited three of London's major Art galleries to help the 5th Form find inspiration for their GCSE examination projects. After taking in the public galleries and amazing architecture of Tate Modern, we visited Tim Walker's exhibition, 'Wonderful Things,' at the V&A, a magical photographic response to some of his favourite objects in the museum.

We then went on to see the acclaimed "Picasso and Paper" exhibition at the Royal Academy, where we saw the artist's creative process first hand, from his early Blue and Rose periods right through Cubism to his later masterpieces.
