Kingham Hill Hosts TISCA Leadership Training Day

On Thursday 18th September, Kingham Hill was delighted to host a leadership training day run by TISCA – The Independent Schools Christian Alliance. The event welcomed pupil leaders from Kingham Hill alongside visiting schools, bringing together students from Years 6–9 for a day of focused training and encouragement.

The programme, which is designed to equip young leaders with practical skills and a clear sense of purpose in their roles within school life, saw pupils take part in a series of engaging sessions led by Kingham Hill staff.

Across the day, pupils explored key topics including prefect goals and job descriptions, reflecting on what effective leadership looks like in practice and considering what they hope to achieve in their roles during the year ahead.

TISCA praised the success of the day, commenting: “We are grateful to staff at Kingham for hosting the day and providing superb training for those in leadership positions within their school.”

The event was a valuable opportunity for pupils to grow in confidence, develop teamwork and listening skills, and be inspired to lead positively within their school communities.
