Our annual Sports Colours Awards Evening was celebrated in the performing arts centre, gathering our Sixth Form athletes, senior coaches and Sixth Form. Sports Colours are awarded to Upper Sixth pupils who have made exceptional contributions to major squad sports during their time on the Hill. The evening was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate pupils sporting efforts and achievements.
Coaches spoke about each Colours winner in turn, highlighting their various character qualities and a common 'Work Hard, Play Hard, Serve Well' attitude that epitomises Kingham Hill sportswomen and men.
Many thanks to Mrs Thatcher for her wonderful catering as always, Mrs Rigby for organising a fantastic evening, and to our senior coaches for their diligence and hard work throughout the year, equipping our pupils to flourish on the sports field. Finally, thank you to all of our Upper Sixth for their contributions to school life through sport, we very much hope they continue to play and enjoy sport beyond the Hill.
